Description
Grundfos COMFORT pumps are specifically designed for domestic hot-water systems in single- and two-family houses.
The pumps are fitted with spherical motors. Unlike conventional canned-rotor motors, a spherical motor does not have a rotating bearing shaft. The stator transfers the magnetic field to the rotor in the water-moving part of the pump. The pump is only suitable for pressurised hot water systems.
The water-moving part of the pump is hermetically separated from the stator by means of a stainless steel spherical separator.
